Returns:

Hey there! While we hope you love everything you get from us, we know sometimes an item just doesn't work out! Please be refer to our return policy below:

  • Returns are only eligible for store credit only. We are also unable to accommodate exchanges for any purchases, so please make sure to check sizing information prior to purchase.
  • Return shipping charges are solely the customer’s responsibility.
  • Returns on unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached must be requested within 14 days from date of package delivery. Time is of the essence. No exceptions!
  • If we smell perfume, smoke; see pet hair, see any visible blemishes, or can tell the item has been worn, and tags are not still attached, the item(s) will be returned back to you at your cost and we will no longer accept returns from you. But, we know that won't happen though!
  • DEFECTIVE ITEMS: If you have received an item with a manufacturer’s defect, please email support@kiwigraceco.com to let us know. Be sure to include pictures, description of issue, tags, and the order number within 14 days of receipt of the item. We will be glad to replace the item and ship it to you, at our cost.
  • Please note, preorders, jewelry, accessories, personal care items, holiday themed items, and items bought "on sale," are considered FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
  • To initiate a regular return, please send an email to support@kiwigraceco.com and put "Return Request" on the subject line. Please include your order #, purchase date, and the item(s) you wish to return. We will then reply to you with a Return Authorization. We respond to all emails within 24-48 hours (unless during a holiday period, in which there may be a delay). If you do not see a response, PLEASE check your spam folder.
  • Please do not send back an item without first being sent the Return Authorization. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
  • Returns may take up two to three weeks to process. Please keep track for your own records.
